Our state of the art oven and uses 'Impingement' technology (meaning the pizza is cooked both from the top and the bottom
by a pressurized hot air system). This way the pizza is just like that of a wood-fired oven yet has a cook time of only 4mins 30seconds!

Our induction thermal delivery system uses a combination of ceramic disks and vapour-vent bags to ensure we deliver
piping hot, fresh pizzas to your door every time!
